here is a very common proverb Health is wealth. Indeed you cannot enjoy your riches if you are suffering from ill “health. If you are under the impression that your Health Insurance will help you, then you are mistaken. You have to make an effort to keep yourself fit and kicking.

For a family, the woman of the house plays the role of a doctor. She takes care of her kids health, spouses health and the remaining people of the family. But who cares about her health? Let us see some reasons why a woman ignores her health.

Cut down on in between snacking and the nibbling while cooking. Get your work done as soon as possible and get out of the kitchen to avoid these temptations.

The false notion that skipping meals can bring about weight loss has to be forfeited. It only adds to the problem. The body stores fat as the metabolism becomes sluggish.

A natural diet rich in grains, rice, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, taken in the right proportion promotes weight loss. The changes are permanent, unlike the artificial diets.
